Location was excellent, close to Nashville and right off the interstate. Many place to eat within walking/driving distance. They provided an wide variety of To Go breakfast options and a warm sit down breakfast every day ie. Scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, waffles and potatoes.

Very beautiful property inside and out. Very clean. Room was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. My husband and i stayed there the night of our wedding on April 13th and we were exceptionally pleased with everything! Also breakfast was great as well alot of good options!

Mt Juliet is a great city to visit.
Mt Juliet is a great city to visit. The people we met here are friendly and made us feel welcome. Just a beautiful little place. We had dinner at Nobu which was outstanding. We attending an event at Global Vision Church and we LOVE Pastor Greg Locke.

The location is very hard to get in and out of.
The location is very hard to get in and out of. When leaving, we always had to go right and turn around, to be able to go left out of the hotel. This location really needs a red light to come in and out due to the traffic on the main road. Hotel is close to everything, just not walking distance. We were on the front side of the hotel and it looks into a trailer park. But the hotel was very nice as always and this was not our first stay at this location. We will continue to use in the future.

Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful, from the ladies who cleaned the rooms, to the Maintenance staff who fixed the blinds, Rebecca at the front desk, and especially Alexis at the bar. At first, I thought there were lint particals on the sheets...
At first, I thought there were lint particals on the sheets the next morning my wife had bites on her lower waist and leg, That night ( second nite) they were all over the bottom of our bed. After I Google Lens them, They were BEDBUGS . We called the night person on duty and showed them to Him, Bedbugs on the sheets and Google Lens pictures, He promptly move us to another room. that room was fine. The next morning I asked for Management, and we were told they would be in at 9:00 am, I told my dilemma, I was in conference till noon. asked him to relay the message to the manager when they got there, I want a full refund or let me stay 1 more night in a room without the bugs for free. we would call it even, Stopped back at noon . No resolution, No Refund, No free Room they wanted me to show where the Bedbugs were. the room had been cleaned by now. No Bugs were found. My wife has bites on her legs and waist, Our heads are itching. we got home, left everything outside, clothes suitcase ect Washing clothes in Hot water Wipe everything in bleach water Hot showers with Dawn detergent and dog shampoo Burn Suitcase. Nothing was good. It was dirty everywhere. I physically cleaned the bathroom, wiped down the “something” all over the walls and changed the sheets. We had no other option to move someplace else. We will NEVER stay at Quality Inn again. The ditch on the street was cleaner than this place

The public spaces and the room were very clean and spacious. The hotel was very modern and we really appreciated the free coffee. We didn't get to experience the free breakfast, due to sleeping in. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen space was perfect for the 2 nights we were there. I have no complaints and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Staff was very nice and helpful and the snacks and restaurant attached to the hotel allowed me to stay in my room and rest while also getting a great meal. Highly recommend if traveling with animals or attached trailers.
